- Members must be timeshare owners and successfully registered to participate in the Affinity Rewards Program and agree to all membership rules, guidelines and terms and conditions.
- Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates® ("VVRA") reserves the right to restrict, revoke or suspend a specific member or an entire group.
- VVRA reserves the right to change, alter or terminate the Affinity Rewards program as deemed necessary at any point.
- Affinity Rewards are valued at One Hundred US Dollars ($100.00) per 10,000 Affinity Rewards and are valid for two (2) years from the date of issue.
- All monies redeemed by members may be subject to tax liability. Any such taxes are the sole responsibility of the member.
- To be eligible for Affinity Rewards, members must be current in all fees including, but not limited to, maintenance fees, property taxes and monthly installments.
- Qualified referrals are US citizens, 21 years of age or older, who are married, cohabitating or single individuals with an annual household income of at least $45,000. If a qualified referral is married or cohabitating, both parties must tour together. Anyone who has participated in any promotions for a Vacation Village Resort or Affiliates within the last 12 months is not eligible for a tour offer. In addition, employees, or their families, and any of our resort owners are not eligible.
- This offer is non-transferable, not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
- Corporations, partnerships, entities and/or groups are not eligible for Affinity Rewards. Only individuals are eligible. Married couples or registered domestic partnerships (where applicable) are considered as one individual.
- Members agree to the use, without compensation, of their names, addresses or likenesses for advertising and marketing purposes and publicity.
- Members earn Affinity Rewards as specified on the How It Works page.
- Members receive Affinity Rewards one time only for the same referral. A referral must attend and complete a tour a participating resort for member to be able to receive Affinity Rewards for that referral. Members cannot earn Affinity Rewards from a referral that has previously toured in the Affinity Rewards Program.
- VVRA affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents and employees are not eligible for Affinity Rewards. Member agrees to indemnify and hold VVRA harmless from any damages, injuries, costs, and/or expenses incurred in connection with the Affinity Rewards Program.
- All Affinity Rewards materials are the property of the VVRA family and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, disseminated, published and/or used for any purposes without the express written authorization from an authorized VVRA representative.
- Due to federal and state regulations, VVRA acknowledges and authorizes only marketing materials approved by VVRA, including, but not limited to, all media, TV, radio, flyers, brochures, newspapers, magazines, websites and all Internet usage.
- Members must mail all changes of contact information in writing addressed to Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates® at 2626 East Oakland Park Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306, with all necessary and pertinent documentation and verify receipt of the written correspondence and necessary documentation by telephonically contacting the Customer Service Department at 1-954-563-1867 within twenty (20) days of the mailing by the member.
- Affinity Rewards participants are not notified of their Affinity Rewards Program status; such status can be determined by calling the Customer Service Department or referring to the website www.affinityrewards.com for any updates, changes or deletions.
- VVRA shall mean and refer to Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates®, including but not limited to, Great Eastern Resorts Corporation, Patriots Resorts Corporation, Berkley Vacation Resorts. Inc., Eldorado Resorts Corp., Lando Resorts Corporation, Williamsburg Resorts Inc., Nouveau Resorts Corporation, Overlook Resorts Corporation, Patriot Suites, Inc. and Always Travel With Us, Inc.
